Marek Kucharski Chancellor Marek is a graduate of EST in Wroclaw (1994). In 1994 he became the pastor of the Free Evangelical Church in Wrzesnia, Poland. Marek participated in a one year residential program (2002-2003) for pastors at Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, Arkansas (USA). In 2003 Marek joined the staff of EST as the Director of Discipleship and served in this role until he became the Chancellor in October 2006. His wife is Agnieszka and they have two sons. Rebecca LeMaster, B.A. Coordinator for International Affairs and Scholarship Liaison Rebecca is from Little Rock, Arkansas. She studied at Crichton College in Memphis, TN. She graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock and then joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ. She later received a certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Miami, Florida and worked for several years as a paralegal at the law firm of Wright, Lindsey & Jennings in Little Rock. In 1999 she moved to Poland to work at EST where she assists the Rector as well as staff and faculty with various projects: communication, scholarships, promotion, website, and Western visitors.

Renata Blazowska, M.A. Head librarian Renata is a graduate of the Department of Library Science at Wroclaw University and has been working as the EST Librarian since October 1997. Prior to that she worked for four years in the library of the Medical Academy in Wroclaw, and later for the city library in Krynica. Renata sees that her primary responsibility is to develop the EST library into one of highest quality for faculty, students and visitors to the school. Her husband is Aleksander and they have two children.

Magdalena Szczerba, B.A. Librarian Magdalena has been working at the EST library since 2003. She is married to Wojtek and has one daughter.
