Evangelical School of Theology in Poland

Evangelical School of Theology in Wroclaw, Poland, was born of dreams, personal sacrifices, and a firmly held commitment to teach and train men and women to serve Jesus Christ in Poland, Central Europe, and countries to the East. Over 100 graduates from EST are serving Christ in a variety of ministries as pastors, missionaries, workers within Christian organizations, leaders in churches and communities, and as faculty members at EST and other schools.

God has continued to bless EST with qualified faculty and committed staff, a growing number of students and programs, and increasing interest and involvement with EST by believers and churches both in Poland and around the world. EST offers an inventive, balanced and well-tested curriculum that provides solid preparation for ministry in the church, on the mission field, or for advanced studies.

In October 2006 the academic year began with new leaders (rector, chancellor, academic dean, and director of discipleship). Three of the four leaders are graduates of EST. A few weeks into the new school year we received news that the final papers had been signed by the Polish Ministry of Education which allows EST to operates as a nationally accredited school.

People around the world have given generously and sacrificially to impart reality and life to the first interdenominational school of this kind in Poland. They have brought dignity to the study of theology in this country. Dreams have become reality as Poland is moving away from the shadows of the 20th century. God has been faithful to the Polish people and is using EST to participate in providing new leaders for a new Poland and a new Europe.
